Aphi & tri delt have very poor retention rates. once they get their new members they drop like flies. Wonder why...... Hmmmm

Both have really nice houses, no doubt dues are through the roof. That's why a lot of girls drop. They don't understand there's a bigger financial obligation depending on which house you're in

Do you think it's money? APhi is by far the most expensive sorority and Tri-Delts house is huge, so I'm sure they need every last sister living there.

Panhel sets a house total quota every house needs to meet. Houses that go through spring rush don't meet this quota. Aphi and tridelt must have had many drops this year.
