SAE- lowest top tier
Pi Kapps - Highest middle tier
AGR, Delts, Theta Chi, ZBT, Dchi - Middle tier
rest are pretty irrelevant

Put Lambda right between SAE and Pi Kapps and this is kinda accurate.

Theta chi is lower middle at most, and I'd put Dchi ahead of ZBT as of now
