It doesn't necessarily mean they didn't meet quota. Some sisters may be graduating now, some pnms might have decided Greek life wasn't for them. Sad that This makes you happy. I think it's great for women who aren't comfortable with formal rush but would still make great sorority women. The more options the merrier.
