Theta Chi is definitely above Pike and probably ZBT considering that AXO didn't even consider to pair with them for Grand Prix

Honestly, the lower tiered frats have the best guys if you're looking for boyfriend material. They are kind and appreciative.

lambda is at least above AGR. they have a good function area but thats really all they have going for them tbh theyre kinda boring. lambdas are fun and throw down

ZBT isnt anywhere near AGR. Agr had Kappa then Pi Phi, ZBT didnt even pair this round and only got DZ because they got lucky.

Lambda is way more fun than Dchi and has better guys

Farmhouse is just ranked there based on their new house, it doesnt change the fact that theyre dry and cant party in it.

I wouldnt put Pi Kapps and SAE on Kappa sigs level yet.

Sigma Chi, Fiji, and Phi Psi should be interchangeable. Sigma chi isnt better than those other two.
