Is Beta going to be dry forever like ATO? Does dry mean can't function in the house or can't drink in the house?

I think Beta will end up becoming a wet house in a couple of years but currently believe it or not even ATO is more "wet" than Beta.

The difference is that ATO nationals doesn't own the house therefore they will remain dry until their nationals buys the property but Beta owns that mansion so they will become wet in five years because they got recharted.

I'm not sure about the beta Purdue chapter but I'm a beta at another school and if they're a men of principle chapter (they 95% likely are) they will be dry forever.

Beta chapters are only good if they don't get kicked off, once they get the boot they're goober city
