phi psi house

A lot of people say that Phi Psi's house rocketed them to the top. So I was wondering what their fraternity was like pre-new house. What tier would you say they were?

They were lower middle. Considering Beta, Snu, and Sig Ep were still on campus they were still below Lambda, Pi Kapps, and SAE.

It was by PiCats, it got demolished and a building is now there

It was where Bailey hall of music is. Google Phi Kappa Psi purdue and theres stil alot of pictures of it

Funny how everyone talks about phi psis "new house". Its been almost a decade (8 years to be precise) since they've had it now lol.

Phi Psi's house was completed in 2009, so no, it's been like 6 years.

the house appeal is wearing thin everyones seen it or been in it by now and people are seeing them as sig chi wannabe's only problem theyre NOT SIG CHI'S
