kappa sig probation?

On the official Purdue probation website, it says kappa sig is on organizational probation till may of 2017. Also it says they have a limitation of privileges. Does anyone actually know what they can and can not do?

It doesn't seem like probo has really affected them at all, maybe a few less functions overall but thats it.
