How does no-pledging work? My mom doesn't want me to pledge.

Sig ep who even knows and SAE still has a system where they go through stuff to be full accepted into the house. If you aren't willing to go through pledgeship to be in a house, you dont deserve to be in the house.

ZBT and AGR have really short pledgeships.

A lot of houses are actually pretty decent. ZBT, AGR, ATO, AKL, Sig Pi, Pi Kapps, Beta, I'd say those are the ones to look at
