need serious advice
by: Lost girlI know this question was asked, but Im hoping to get a better answer. Does anyone know what the chances are for a sophomore girl during spring informal?? I rushed formal this year, and did not get into a house due to my low gpa. I feel really upset about this, because I feel like I do belong in a house, and I have so much to give, but my gpa did not accurately reflect me, due to some personal reasons. My gpa is going to jump real high after this semester, and I would really like to get into a house. Like desperately. All my close friends are in greek. I'd really appreciate some advice on this :/

You should go to Krach and make an appt to talk to someone in Frat/Sorority/Cooperative Life or email them (although I think in person is better.) They will be better off to answer your questions and will keep it confidential. They also will know who is going to be informally rushing and who you can contact for information and which organizations will have a more open mind about sophomores. Good luck to you!

Ask your close friends if their chapters are doing informal and what their policies are.
