top houses

So what makes a top house, a top house? I rushed this year and got a bid from a house that is constantly ranked in the top three. I hated it. I couldn't have an intelligent conversation with any of the girls and a lot of the girls were so mean to the new babies. I think I would have been much happier in a house that is more "middle tier". I just don't get it

Sororities that are top tier are top mainly cuz of looks. That is the honest truth. Sure some of them are a lot of fun, but they got in the house cuz of their looks and that they sold themselves well during recruitment. Thats how it is...
