Is DChi really ahead of AGR and ZBT? I've never not been creeped out at DChi, just get bad vibes from them. AGR and ZBT are always fun and have plenty more nice guys than DChi does

DChi: dodged several bullets but there's an overall consensus that they're only a strike away from some big trouble

Lambda: does not suck but as the last rage house, Purdue will be keen on getting rid of this house. So play it safe fellas
