phi delts

Hey I have a doubt. I heard that Phi delts is dry although my friend in Phi delts told me that they have fucnctions with different sororities. Are they dry or not? Does it matter if you register the function with IFC?

IFC should just bust one of their "dry" functions and kick them off

Phi delts either has four ways at different fraternities houses, uses apartments, or has dry events at their house.

They have 64 actives they don't have real functions they are almost as bad as Sig pi with 32 actives
