SAE goes to middle

Pike goes to Lower Middle

Delts goes to Lower Middle

DU goes to Lower Middle

Throw in AKL, Sig Pi, and Farmhouse in bottom... They at least have or have had buddies in the past year whereas DSigs has not

Switch AGR and SAE with Theta Chi and Pike and it looks pretty good. Theta Chi and Pike are not even close to SAE, Lambda, Pi Kapps, AGR, and DChi. Even ZBT is a good bit above them.

AGR and SAE are middle tier and Theta Chi and like are lower middle

Why is everyone ranking Theta Chi so high? They're not comparable to that middle tier, they're more comparable to Pike.
