Actually have some potential if they didn't try so damn hard. And they suck at recruitment. Idk how you could have that nice of a house with that much money and still get some weird guys. They put on suits for meet the Greeks and and act real hard during rush events and they come off as tools to new guys. The rushees that are attracted to that subsequently become tools themselves as pledges. So in short, they have a lot going for them and just need to tone it down a few notches.

I think it's kinda a random group of guys put together like some hot some what the.. It makes for an odd dynamic. Not my favorite house to function with but not my least favorite either

Every guy is either painfully average looking or very homely. Most of the older guys have formed serious beer guts. They're also pretty awkward and their parties are like middle school dances.

Genuinely nice guys. The above comment is bogus. They have some nice looking guys, some average guys, & none I would call homely. They have a fun pledge class and know how to treat women with respect.
