theta chi

What's up with Theta Chi? Some people tell me Theta Chi is awesome and top tier, but a lot of people tell me they're irrelevant. Can someone clear this up for me? I plan on rushing there, but I want to know more. Are they a good house? Do sororities like them?

Nice guys and a ton of fun! I wouldn't consider them top though. Tiers are irrelevant.

They've been on and off of probation for a few years. Definitely not top tier by any means. Third relevant fraternity in the acres behind Phi Psi and ZBT.
