as far as the upper tier houses from what I've heard:
going up- Fiji, Kappa Sig
Staying the same- Phi Psi, Sig Chi, SAE
Going down- Pi Kapps

hahaha ok, no, our PC has GroupMe's with probably 12 fraternity PC's and Pi Kapps, SAE, Sig Chi and Kappa Sig are all hot af.

What I've seen, Kappa Sig, Phi Psi and Sigma Chi have the best ones
