If certain "top-tier" sororities are boring and or hit/miss why are they still top tier?

Just because they don't party a lot doesn't mean they're not well-liked by everyone. They're still beautiful and every girl wants to be apart of these houses, therefore they're top tier.

But if they're boring why would you even want to hang with them? So what if they're good looking? I guess good-looking boring is better than ratchet-boring, but boring is still boring.

Boring is subjective, honestly. They're the types of girls you see on tumblr and Instagram that you want to be, guys want to date, and you want as your friends. I personally think it's dumb that what's popular and attractive fits such a very narrow type of girl, but for whatever reason this is just what's popular.
