2nd invite

I got 11/13 houses back after open houses. I got all 8 houses back the next time. I prefed at top, middle, and lower middle tier houses.

There will be some girls that get all 8 back, but there will also some that only get 2 or 3 back. I would say most girls get around 6/5 back on second invite.

People will say I am being harsh, but this is true. More ways to gauge yourself on recruitment:

If you are cut from Pi Phi, DG, DZ, ChiO, APhi, Kappa, TriD first round you are not considered top tier material. Most girls are invited back to a few of these after first round. Others not. If you are invited back to ALL of these, you are a hot commodity.

Some houses will most likely invite everyone back for a second round, These are the newer houses trying to establish themselves or those considered lower tier: AOPi, SDT, GPHI

Most of these houses will invite most everyone back for a second round except if they find something in you that REALLY doesn't fit with their house: Zeta, AXiD, Theta, Phi Mu, AXO,AGD,SK

As long as you have more houses inviting you back than you can accept for the next round, you are having a great rush. Keep doing what you are doing.

If you have some holes in your schedule, you may want to self reflect and see how you can make a better impression. Be more engaging? Smile more? Put more effort into your appearance? The goal is to be remembered.

Above all, remember it only takes ONE house to fit in, to be a happy sorority girl.
