best upper mid/mid tier houses ?

All of them are unique and have different personalities!
Dz- like to party, pretty girls, diverse, decide how you feel type of house, top of mid tier
Tridelt- party a lot as well, very diverse, have to form your own opinion, frats like
A Chi O- very nice girls, variety-really religious, some party hardy, solid sisterhood
Zeta- outgoing and can be loud but proud, often tan which gives everyone a glow
Theta- smart, study hard, some very pretty girls, some very quirky!
A Xi D- sweet girls, like to have fun and party, decent sisterhood
Phi Mu- sweet girls, seem to be very involved
AOPi- quirky girls, can be loud but proud, fun, living in exsnu but getting a big new house built
Sigma Kappa- quirky and some really sweet girls, some sour, improving their house and sisterhood! \n\n\n\n\nThere's not one house that's better than the other. But there is one where you'd fit best.
Keep an open mind during rush. It'll work out for you if you go with the flow!

Don't forget AGD...if you are including AoPi and SK in this category AGD is a contender too. Very involved on campus and social among the mid tier frats. The athletic, not too much primping vibe.

Here are some houses to visit if I were you. Typically its best to rush one top house, one middle house, and one lower middle house.
Top house: Phi Psi
They have the newest house in the acres and seem to be growing.
Middle house: ZBT
These guys are a force on campus and I only see good things coming from them. Paired with DZ for football which is a huge jump for them.
Lower Middle house: Sigma Pi
These guys have been on the rise for years and definitely should not be counted out as a choice. Just need more numbers.
