Will Kappa Delta be picky during recruitment so they can get a good start or will they take anyone they can get just so they have girls?

If I were them I'd be picky but that's just me. They'll probably take what they can get. Beggars can't be choosers.

They are not giving out bids until after recruitment and will probably focus on sophs, jrs and srs,

As long as they have a plan to not remain houseless they will do fine. KD is a class organization and they fill fit in well on this campus.

Are there houses other than KD and SDT that would be willing to take juniors or is it too late?

I know a few of my friends who got accepted as Juniors because they don't really count as part of a houses quota

When AOII colonized, many girls who were in houses previously but dropped before initiation (lots of aphis) joined APhi as sophomores/ juniors. I'm sure the same will happen because obviously the girls who drop sororities are quality girls and won't stand for superficiality or whatever other reasons the girls dropped. I believe that KD will recruit some really awesome (and pretty) girls.

KD will be picky on grades. They will draw from girls who did not end up pledging during formal rush so basically girls who are left over. Not that these girls are anything less, but didn't make a fit. If you want to live in a house during your college years this won't be the place.
