how would the rankings look?
by: CuriousHow would rankings for fraternities and sororities be different if looks/philanthropies/legacies weren't taken into account? Who are the fun, carefree houses that know how to party? How would they be ranked?

When it comes to rankings on this discussion board, most of the time the social side of the house is all that is taken into account.
For example, I've seen everyone put AZD ahead of Zeta recently (I don't but that's not my point), when zeta has the biggest philanthropy on the campus. Also, people rank lambda relatively high solely on their house being very social.

I wanna know since when did AZD become such major partiers above Zeta when the frats they party with are Theta Chi, Pike, DSig, and other lower tier houses. Socially, Zeta is higher

I don't really know that much about axid but they've been ranked where they are for a while now on this site. At least, all last semester. Someone just now must be getting salty about it. Aren't they paired with dchi for football? Seems like a good match, although dchi isn't that great in my opinion.

AXiD is in no way, shape or form above Zeta and Zeta is definitely not that low on the middle tier. Let's just set that straight. AXiD HAS kicked out and replaced Phi Mu from the bottom of the middle tier because what has Phi Mu even done recently? I haven't heard anything positive about them for over a year now. I have to give AXiD credit for doing the almost impossible task of breaking out of the bottom tier after wallowing there for years.
AXO on the other hand could possibly be better/tied with Zeta at this point. AXO has spent more time in the middle and has an easier time moving up because they've been excelling with recruitment and PR for years now and people are finally noticing and are taking advantage of the rest of the middle tier either slipping or staying the same. Theta has grades, but you really don't hear much about Theta other than that. They've been able to prove that they're middle tier the entire time, but don't seem to be moving up as fast. Tridelt is also improving, but can't seem to shake off a certain stereotype that they've always had. DZ has been hovering at the top of the middle tier for years now, but they just can't break into the top tier just yet. If Kappa continues to slip down the road things may look entirely different in the top and middle tiers.

How they look and party is pretty much all that is taken into account on a site like this. When is the last time you saw a serious post about their GPA, sister/brotherhood?
