What is the typical "approximate" quota number for formal rush?

Low to mid 40s

More like 33-40 there's only a few over 40. I'd say average is 35 but you usually have one or two girls drop so the number changes

It all depends how many woman sign up for recruitment. Panhellenic doesn't set quota until the end of recruitment.
