tri delt top tier? phi psi or sigma chi?

(1) Is Tri Delt considered top tier? If so, why what changed?

(2) Sigma Chi or Phi Psi? We all know FIJI is top which means Sigma Chi is falling which is true. Have they fallen below Phi Psi yet? Why or why not? I would put Kappa Sig here too but they were on probo for some much of last year its just hard to tell.

Tri Delt is not top tier....a lot of push by tri-delts! on this site lately. Tri delt is solidly middle tier as they have been forever. Not top of middle tier either. DZ, Theta and AXO are well ahead of them.

Sigma Chi will always be one of the top three. Have been since they established on campus. Others will pop up and down through the years, but Sigma Chi's history is legendary on campus. Nothing can take away such a legacy. FIJI has the same allure to a lesser degree. Betas had it until they had to shut down and now become dry.

Tri delt has been becoming more popular but I wouldn't say they're top tier at all
