Does anyone know where future houses are going to be built? Since the acres is full where would a new Greek neighborhood be?

The university really doesn't want more greek houses, but if I had my best bet it would probably be on Russell Street. There are houses like crows that are getting offered a lot of cash for their house to be torn down. Although the university would rather build more pointless buildings.

Ive heard that they were considering a neighborhood by the airport because they want to move existing houses off campus. I also heard a rumor about trying to tear down a block of houses behind chauncey to build new greek houses.

Purdue's got a plan to build a new greek community on the IM fields between the new 231 and state street out by the airport. Since they own most of the land on Russell and Waldron, I'd expect most houses in there to get bought out within the next decade or so and move out to the new community.

Some of the older fraternities and sororities on Waldron/Russell actually do own the land their house sits on. These houses are part of what's known on campus as "The Island." The houses still on the island start around State Street or a little further north and stop at Fiji and SigEp (Stadium Avenue).

You can expand that to University Street too because most of the houses there own their land.
