No one's going to say anything about AGR's placement? AGR is with Kappa and have consistently paired well. Also, Theta Chi has done nothing in the past 2 years other than be on probation and cancel their Grand Prix. I agree with ZBT moving up a lot, but we actually have to see how next year pans out for their placement to be concrete.

Hey God,
I think after they get there new house, you'll see a big difference. The plans for their house has it so there are 2 room suites that share a study room. I give them 3 years and they will be in the middle tier.
