Hey!! Two of my fav mid tier houses are Pi Kapps and AGR! Pi Kapps is probably the best upper middle house. I think they are too tier worthy and better then SAE. They throw fun parties and all the guys are super sweet and cute! My babies loved their last fall PC however their new spring pc is kinda odd. But other than that they are awesome! Now AGR is awesome because of their sweet ass basement! All of their guys are cute farmers and they're all gentlemen! These are the type of guys you bring home to meet mom!

Completely agree! Especially the thing about pi kapp having a weird spring pc. Lol they're actually horrible. With that said I still think they're a top five house
