Kappa, DG, and Theta should be down a little bit lower (a house or 2). Theta Chi above Pike and Delts.

I don't understand why everyone on this site keeps dissing DZ. DZ is still far from middle tier.

DZ is on the downfall. I predict to be solid middle tier in a few years. Nothing against them, just dropping

DZ is a target because they are considered the top of the middle tier. All the mid tier houses are trying to claw their way up there. It's nothing against DZ. Just that they are in a spot that all the houses below them want to be. I predict DZ will stay where they are.

Things do change and if you pair lower or get a bad pledge class it can bring you down
