serious discussion on zeta

I'm not saying I agree or disagree with their ranking. Lately they've unanimously been placed at the very bottom of the middle tier.

I really want to understand what made them drop so hard. I don't want to just hear "well 9 girls dropped." I need details and reasons. Why are they predicted to stay down there? Anyone who's been here for a while know exactly what's been happening over the years to see them drop so much? What can sororities do to avoid something like this?
