FIJI and sig chi are top two, no way are phi psi and kappa sig 2 and 3. Kappa Sig is definitely before Phi Psi. Upper-top tier stops after PiKapps. Other than that, good list.

AGR got lucky with Kapppa
Pikapps and Lambda got stuck with theta and zeta 2 houses that are good eventhough they are falling, overall Pikapps has some really lame parties tbh

I think lambda definitely is top middle but they need to be careful because some of their parties get crazy. For the most part i'd say that lambda does a good job of staying under the radar though.

Lambad's opportunity to be more careful has past, seeing as they're being sent to community standards board for breaking probation and sending 3 girls to the hospital in one night
