If this is the house I'm thinking of you have Phi Delts D Sig and AKL as options and, as bad as those houses are, they're still better than Sig Tau IMO

Isn't Dsig getting torn down and rebuilt. Leaving them "homeless" for the next football season.. I guess they're not perfect either.

Literally none of that is true. What happened on Thursday is that the Fire Marshall saw us tarping off the inside of our house for the paint party and told us it was a fire hazard. They told us they would come back in 2 hours and if the tarp was still there then they would shut it down. So we fenced off our parking lot and moved the party outside, and that was approved by the Fire Marshall. RISE did their rounds and we passed RISE. The police never shut down the paint party, it went off without anything going wrong. And our house isn't being torn down, no idea how that's even a rumor.

The capital campaign for the renovation that would put us homeless for a year was pushed back indefinitely. We will have our house next year.

Likely since this is a sister of either Gamma Phi Beta, Sigma Delta Tau, or Phi Sigma Rho, there aren't a ton of other appealing options that you guys have. That said, you have to look at this from an outside perspective. What would YOU think of a house that paired with a house without an actual house? I know what the answer is, but whether you acknowledge it is your own business. Now I would never tell you not to pair with someone because of their lack of a house, I'm sure the brothers of STG are great (I know a few). Regardless, it wouldn't be the best look for your house socially. Could be a setback.

This could also be AOPi considering they're still buddyless from what I know. I doubt Theta Chi will pair with them considering that they got them in trouble and basically shut down their entire GP.
