10.- Delts

Your first constraint is dumb. Cops technically aren't even allowed to come into frats unless they are called.

And you might as well put Triangle, PIKE, Phi SIgma Kappa etc. in there if you are strictly using those constraints. Maybe add relevancy.

None of this adds up. Those houses are all over the place so how can you say you have requirements?
