How badly is Sigma Chi Slipping?

They're still one of the top houses, just a few others are moving up to fill the voids left by sig ep, beta, and snu so there's just not as much separation as there was before

God here,

Sigma Chi remains a top tier house. Point blank, period. Now within the top tier itself, they're being overtaken by people like Phi Psi and Kappa Sig because, allegedly, the members have stopped being social and their parties have taken a dip in quality. Despite this, we do have to keep in mind that they're still a top house. They have access to the most attractive women on a whim on any given Tuesday (Jersey Tuesdays are still a ton of fun, from what I hear). Slipping? Yes. Dropping like a rock? No.
