Why you put GPhi with Sig Pi and AOPi with Phi Delts?

AOPi is a toss up. As of right now, they're likely within reach of Theta Chi. However, that will change come next semester as they'll move out of Beta and into Harrison. Having paired with Pike and DU this year, they'll be between Theta Chi, AKL and Phi Delts. Depending on how they're percieved, they could go either way.

As for GPhi, they're not as high as AOPi, so their options are much more limited. Additionally, they've paired with both Phi Delts or AKL recently, so the only choice among the relevant houses I see is Sig Pi or an unofficial thing with Phi Delts like they did with AKL this Grand Prix. They're simply not high enough to pair with anyone above AKL until we see the results of next Fall semester.

DemiGod has it right on the nose. AOPi is the wildcard for the moment, but they may have enough leftover reputation for them to pair decently come next semester. The Fall PCs are going to rattle things.

Phi Delta, Sig Pi and AKL are all pretty damn spot on for predictions. I'll go ahead and predict the upper tiers where I have the knowledge.

Now FIJI, being the best house on campus ATM, is paired with APhi for GP. Considering that they won't be losing that top spot for another semester (At least), they'll more than likely pair with Pi Phi or Kappa for Football (if that's doable. My knowledge on past pairings isn't up to snuff).

If they go with Pi Phi, then Kappa will more than likely be with Phi Psi or Kappa Sig, the 2nd and 3rd spot respectively.

SAE is in an interesting position. They've already got Kappa for GP, so they've already shot high and hit. The problem is, I don't see them getting any higher than that so unfortunately, it's back down the ladder for them (which isn't as bad as that sentence sounds). I foresee them being with DG or Chi O.

DChi is also in an interesting position. Again, shot high and hit with DG as GP buddies. So do they continue to move up the ranks or do they fall? I potentially see either TriDelts, AChiO, or potentially even Chi O if they play it right.

Dchi didn't shoot high, they just were the house that was left after DG lost Snu as their Grand Prix buddie, last time I checked Dchi was trying to pair with fuzzies or zeta, correct me if I'm wrong god

It's kind of a moot point, really. No matter where their original intentions were placed, they ended up paired with a house in the Top 5. Therefore, they have the potential to stay up there or at the very least stay around upper-middle tier. Which, if we're going off of what you say, is much higher than their original intentions were placed.
