do you have to be rich for a sorority

I would say I'm solid middle class, will all sororities judge me based on money?? I dress like I have much more money than I do.

I'm in a middle tier sorority and we have girls all over the place. We have some that are super rich and some that pay for everything themselves. Money isn't a big deal for us as long as you can pay dues you are good!

Doesn't matter.......dressing like you "have more money than you do" is typically viewed as a poser and "poor" person. The truly rich don't feel the need to flaunt it. For recruitment it's just important to look nicely put together and that your personality matches the girls in the house. Trying to be something or someone you are not will only make you miserable.
