Spreading rumors doesn't make you look any better.

Pikapps are very respectable and hardworking guys.
Pikes are very charismatic and personable guys.
Just depends on your preference!

Both are good houses in their own way. Pike has some really great guys in it and low key throws some great parties. Pi Kapps has some gems too. I would say Pike is the more party house.

If you count a two way with AOPi a rager than you might be right. lol, pike is awful.

No bias as I'm in a "top tier" house but..

I know people in both houses. Pi Kapps are definitely a house where they show more respect and are more gentlemen-like.

Pike is still like that, but not to that degree. Pike did throw, arguably, one of the biggest Halloween parties on campus in awhile..so give them a credit.
