Kappa - will always be top
Chi O/ APhi - both slipping fast
Pi Phi/DZ - both rising fast
DG - not really going anywhere honestly, kind of meh
Theta/Zeta/Tri Delt - Mentality of a top house. All are mediocre. Always have and always will be average, middle-middle tier.
The rest... it's clear who is rising and falling and it's also very clear who got mediocre girls and who got better pledge classes. They're all just kind of lumped together.
GPhi B and AOII... bottom for sure.

this is probably the most real, most honest ranking that actually looks at the 2012-2013 school year. for some reason everyone wants to rely on the rankings of 4 years ago when it's not even relevant anymore. good job.
though because you forgot about them, i'd throw xo somewhere below aphi, maybe next to DZ.

Just throw Chi O with DZ and I'd agree with this being one of the most accurate rankings.

AOII is new. sure. they don't deserve upper middle or definitely not upper.... but they are nowhere near GPhi B. more by sigma kappa or axo
