theres no such thing as a house never moving up or never moving down. Sure, maybe a house won't drastically change it's rankings in 5 years, but if you ask anybody, the tier system now at Purdue is COMPLETELY different than it was 20 years ago.
You have to look at the whole picture. Look at the sororitys who are improving their GPA, who are becoming more involved on campus, and who are getting better retention rates. That way, its easier to predict who will end up on top in the next 10-20 years or so.

So if you paid any attention to the retention rates of each sorority this year (which you obviously didnt) you'd realize that some lower tier houses tied with some middle tier houses for their retention rates. And some upper tier houses went down on the GPA scale. So I'm predicting some change is going to start happening prett soon, like in the next five years or so, whether you like it or not.
