What is the pi phi curse?

it was a joke because Beta and Sig Ep got in trouble during their football pairings with pi phi, even though the things they got in trouble for had nothing to do with pi phi. The curse has been broken however, because pi phi paired with SAE this past year and SAE is not in any trouble.
