sig eps and betas

I think it may take a few years but these house will pull again. They both have strong alumni and frat castles which is huge. If I were a guy, this is where I would rush.

No doubt they will both inevitably go back to being top houses, but it will take QUITE a few years.

Sig Ep won't be back until at least 3 years after they get off Probo (so around 2020) and Beta won't be back to full form for at least another 2 years since they're just coming off of a punishment and their new rush class is a bunch of goobers.
