Keep in mind however, that AOPi has MUCH more attractive girls on average than SDT does. In that department they will still be a lower-mid tier house. Them not having a house won't do much to change that for at least a few years.

Also zeta and AZD are going for delts and dchi for grand prix and Phi mu already signed with zbt who is significantly lower than the other fraternities I just mentioned. Achio is with lambda which is great for them. Zeta is dropping mainly because of their new pledge classes each year... It's just the name that's holding them up, trust me.

Phi Mu can't pair with either of those frats cause they just had them. Zeta, AZD, Theta, and AChiO all pair with the same frats.

What ABOUT Beta? They're full of goobers now from what I hear. But they DO still have the frat castle so maybe that'll help them go back to being a top house in a few years.

I don't know. I think a sorority can be a good sorority without a house. However since Purdue is so used to the whole house tradition. PNMs will probably not rank aopi very well.
