description of fraternities - repuation of guys

Hey guys if anyone can give me honest reputation of the type of guys at fraternities at Purdue that would be Im a sophomore and want to rush so I assume I'll rush mostly middle tier fraternities since Sigma Chi can't do rush. Also I see alot of hate for SAE on this page even though on their twitter page they look top tier. Why is that?
