what's going to happen to sae?

I know they got screwed by nationals so they can't have a pledge class. What does this mean for the state of the fraternity and it's future?

Realistically, they're going to degrade in member quality. The no pledgeship tag isn't good for their rep, so this will probably be the last year they'll be relevant for a while.

I don't think this means they will not recruit new members. It just means if they like you and want you to join them, they will give you a bid to be a brother without the lengthy pledgeship per their national policy. I think it will attract a lot of smart guys who prefer to avoid the hardships pledging can bring.
