Theta chi on the downfall

Heard the fire alarm was pulled at theta chi. Someone really must hate your house that much they have to commit a felony. I feel like you can’t keep being considered a top house when your dues are fixing fire exits and you constantly get girls blacked out. I think it’s time for a new ranking and theta chi to be boycotted
