Theta chi house filled with twinks

In what world and by what metric is theta chi still top? Is it because of the 2 mid parties they threw this semester? Is it because of all their sick unreggies they throw with just axo? Is it their new pc full of twinks? Seriously someone please explain what theta chi did to stay relevant and deserve the top spot this semester other than simply not get kicked off campus because im at a loss. Fr the most glazed and overrated house on this campus.
