Ato lost their leased house

Ato lost the contract to the house they rented from phi sig since they defaulted on payments. Spring rush at the Wiley dining court about to go crazy.

So does that mean phi sig gets their house back or is it just gonna sit vacant? Can we throw pcps in there?

I was told the house flooded over thanksgiving break because a pipe burst so ATO is moving back in after the house is fixed which shouldn’t be long. They only vacated so the house could be repaired faster without people living there. Phi Sig also doesn’t own the house, it’s owned by a bank so ATO and Phi Sig are pretty much both leasers

Oh yeah? If phi sig doesn’t own the house then why isn’t Ato able to take their letters down and put their own letters up? Also the pipe burst is just a made up story Ato is using to save face. You’re invited to their meet the bros event at hillenbrand ;)
