Fraternity ranks with only 3 tiers

Since everyone feels like putting 17 different tiers for ranks on this website, here is a ranking of just top, middle, and bottom tiers for fraternities

Top (in no order): SAE, Delts, Beta, Sigma Chi, Theta Chi, Pi Kapps, KSig, Phi Psi, FIJI

Middle (in no order): Pike, ATO, Snu, Dsig, ZBT, AGR, Phi Delt

Bottom (in no order): Sig Ep, Asig, Acacia, Bsig, DU, KDR, AKL, Skulls, AEII, SigPi , AXP, Farmhouse

Top houses on this list have the best social events, but the people in the houses can be dushy and stuck up, but some can be nice. More competitive to get bids at these houses.

Middle houses on this list throw good parties, but are not known for their social events and usually have nicer guys in the house. These houses are fairly selective, but give a good balance between social life and school.

Bottom houses on this list are not known at all for any social events, and some of the guys are weird in these houses, but not all. These houses give bids to pretty much anyone that has a pulse and walks through the door during rush.
