Theta chi kid breaking AXO SOBER nose

I just wanna say that Theta Chi needs to take initiative and do something about the kid who broke one of AXO sobers nose at a function this pass year. He put two hands on her back and then punched her in the nose and she started to bleed a significant amount. No action was taken from the chapter and it is disgusting. He was totally blacked out drunk.

It was at an SAE function too and they weren’t paired, they kicked his ass and threw him down the front steps.
