Which frat has the nicest house
by: Freshman rushingWhich frats have nicer houses? I want to live in the house that I pledge at and am wondering if some frats have nicer houses than others or if they’re all somewhat the same.

Beta, Sig Chi, and Phi Psi all have really nice houses, but they are farther off campus. Theta Chi looks nice on the outside but is fairly dirty inside. ATO is moving into a new house that looks nice on the outside, but I’m not sure what the inside looks like. Their house is in the middle of campus and a 5-10 minute walk to most academic buildings. Most of the other houses are less then desirable living conditions.

This just isn’t true. People are trying to pull away from the fact that Delts, Beta, and Pike are all in trouble right now because of hazing. If Ksig was really that bad they’d be in trouble as well. I’m not saying they’re good guys, some of them suck, but hazing isn’t a real thing anymore at Purdue.

-SIG CHI biggest prettiest and clean
-BETA cool living area, not that clean tho
-SAE is cool but hella far and hella dirty like it smells like piss.
-DSIG smells like beer everywhere and is pretty dirty. Cool balc tho
- ZBT literally is just a dorm dirty
-AGR cool basement and clean
-SNU is probs the cleanest, cool balc/back yard
-PHIPSI clean cool layout like a maze
-DETLS dirty AF
- ATO donno new house no one knows
-AePi dirty
-Asig house is clean but nothing special
-AKL sh^it house
-BYX clean af christian boys
-PHI Delts old house dirty smaller than you think.
-Phi sig- clean af but they’re getting kicked off?
-Pike- typical frat house
-SIG EP- cool house but havent been up above the second floor still doing construction.

Acacia- dirty afffff
TRIANGLE- cool ass house inside just got renovated
Theta chi-cool but dirty
Sig chi not the best guys but definitely best house.

It’s a frat house they’re not gonna be literal hotels like sorority houses. But beta and sig chi have pretty nice ones although they’re far from campus SAE’s is the biggest but it’s also kinda far. I know they’re doing some renovations this summer tho so it should be better. Theta chi’s is weird it doesn’t even really have a main floor. Phi psi’s is solid. I know pi kapps is really small and old and they don’t even have bedrooms. Other than that the houses don’t really matter.
