Sigma Nu reestablishment

did sig nu just come back in 2018? Its the only time ive ever seen a house reestablish itself from scratch and not start off as bottom tier.

Also what happened to delta chi

Snu has actually turned into a low top house the past semester. Every house has been on probo and they’ve consistently pulled top pairings for functions. They got some odd guys mixed in there but they throw good parties everytime I go

When they came back they were a bottom house until like 2023. They just recently became a way better house my sophomore year. They’re good now but they were def never good when they came back
