Phi psi frost function???

Me and my friends went to phi psi last night and all I a say is why do they try to pack it in so much?? Like trying to get one seltzer took me forever and my friends were getting frustrated. The sober were very rude as well and they wasted there money on wasted tuition. Did they think that would draw in attention to there mid house/functions???
